In my opinion, this is an excellent program with proven results. Even though some groups that specialize in losing body fat don’t think that metabolic typing works, thousands of people have had success with Isabel’s program. It is one of the best weight loss programs I have seen.
Isabel does include food substitutions for vegetarians, but it would be a nice to see meal plans specifically designed for vegetarians. Other than that, this program is well worth recommending.
