b) Active support from the creator

c) Un-moderated spam posts on their support forum which shows that the program creator simply does not seem to care for her members!

d) Majority of the forum being inaccessible due to SQL errors; again not fixed, because the creator is too happy to take your money and sleep happily on a bed full of cash!
